Nokia promotes the launch of its N900 at 100% Design through unique project Push
The new N900 Smartphone runs on open-source operating system Maemo - making it Nokia’s most powerful creation yet
To celebrate the launch, Nokia are running a competition entitled Push, which invites creatives to come up with ways to hack into the phone and connect it to an item they love. The hacks at 100% Design were based on the 1980s and included a Viewmaster which takes 3D photos via the phone, a Rolodex which links to the phone and searches for contacts, an FM Radio which plays music by any artist sent in a text message, and a Speak & Spell which you can text from
The entries will be shared with the rest of the world through installations in Nokia Flagships globally.
