As one of the key retail tenants at Heathrow, Dixons Group had an opportunity at Terminal 5 to take a fresh approach to the presentation of its range of consumer electrical services in a travel retail environment. Home decorating in India is handled by contractors, and there is virtually no DIY industry. Consumers have a low level of involvement in home décor and don’t use much colour in their homes.
